You can undoubtedly find a celebrant who presents in a certain way—loud and flashy, safe and sensible. Some dress all in black, while others opt for a colourful approach.
Me? For me, the whole event is about you and your story. I am the person who can create lasting memories, memories that you will never forget.
Of course, how you want me to dress or present your celebration is entirely up to you!

ABOUT ME
I am a celebrant trained to conduct couple and family ceremonies. I was a teacher for twenty-five years, primarily working in international schools worldwide; I have lived in 9 countries and travelled to many more!
I am a writer and illustrator. I am currently trying to get my first two children's books published. I enjoy gardening with my wife and even find time to read and play video games!
I am willing to travel anywhere within the UK (or abroad). Although I do get a tad seasick, so will be keeping my feet firmly on the ground.

Wedding Celebration Ceremony
Work with me to create a unique celebration. You can have whatever you like in any location, and you can include your guests in the ceremony or make it all about you! You could have a traditional-style, themed, or simple wedding. I will write your love story and deliver it on the day. I can help you with the writing of vows, organising the order of your service, and adding ideas you might not have thought about.
Renewal of Vows
Renewal of Vows. Whether you have been married for 25, 30, 40, 50 or 60 years, perhaps you would like to renew the vows that you made to each other. I can tailor the ceremony to your wants and needs in the location of your choice.

Important Information - READ ME!
As a UK celebrant, I cannot legally marry you. You must go to the register office to organise that before your wedding celebration.
We will talk about this when we meet.
Wedding Ceremonies
My basic wedding fee is £800
This includes:

A getting-to-know-you meeting (ideally, face-to-face at your wedding venue).

Writing of your story and the rest of your ceremony.
-
Two revisions of the script.
-
Delivery of your wedding ceremony at your chosen venue.
-
Travel costs up to 30 miles from Fareham.*
-
A formal version of your script.
Additional costs:
-
Symbolic items such as candles.
-
Travel beyond 30 miles @ 45p per mile.
-
Accomodation.
I will ask for a £200 deposit when we first meet to secure the booking.
The balance will be due two weeks before the day of the ceremony.
*Unless your wedding is on the IOW!
Vow Renewal
My basic Vow Renewal fee is £650
This includes:

A getting-to-know-you meeting (ideally, face-to-face at your venue).

Writing of your story and the rest of your ceremony.

Two revisions of the script.

Delivery of your ceremony at your chosen venue.

Certificate of your special day.
Additional costs:

Symbolic items such as candles.

Travel beyond 30 miles @ 45p per mile.
